Charge Pro LA is a Los Angeles County referral line. We match you with a licensed, independent EV charging professional who confirms equipment, access, price, and timing. AAA is a membership club with its own roadside products. Ask AAA what they will send on this call. Do not assume it is a flatbed, and do not assume it is a mobile charger.
The short version
Charge Pro does not own trucks or set prices. If an operator can charge the car where it sits, you may not need a tow. That result is confirmed on the phone, not promised in advance. AAA membership terms, fees, and call limits belong in AAA's current documents. AAA has described mobile EV charging in select markets. Ask them whether charging is available on this call. If the car is in a traffic lane or a dangerous spot, call 911. Other metropolitan roadside requests can go through 511 by saying Roadside Assistance. Can I have both?
Yes. AAA membership and a Charge Pro referral are separate. Charge Pro LA matches Los Angeles County requests with an independent operator who quotes price and timing before work starts. AAA coverage, call limits, and what they send are in your current AAA club materials, not on this page. Use each for the job it actually offers on that call.
Does a flatbed damage EV underbodies?
Loading angle and equipment matter, and we do not publish damage rates. If AAA or another provider is sending a tow, ask that driver how they load your exact make, model, and model year. Charge Pro does not tow. A matched charging operator still has to confirm whether charging in place is possible at your pin.
What if I already have AAA and still call Charge Pro?
Call Charge Pro when you want a Los Angeles County referral for possible on-scene charging. The independent operator quotes and bills you directly. Tesla says out-of-range roadside help may be available but is not financially covered. This page does not claim AAA or Tesla will reimburse a Charge Pro invoice. Ask that provider before you assume a refund.
What does Tesla roadside actually say?
Tesla tells owners to request roadside through the Tesla app. Tesla also says availability can be restricted case by case for safety or regulatory reasons. Tesla does not document Charge Pro as a covered vendor. Ask Tesla what they will dispatch for your VIN and location before you compare it with a referral.
Does AAA offer mobile EV charging in Los Angeles County?
